4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1. Returns
· Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless they arrive damaged or defective.
· If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at nail@presslee.co.uk. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
· Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
4.2. Refunds
· Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect items after inspection and approval.
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.3. Cancellations
· Orders can be cancelled if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

5.2. Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be applied and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

7. Customization and Tailored Orders
7.1. We offer tailored designs upon request. Please note that custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
7.2. Production times for custom orders may vary, and we will communicate estimated delivery times before confirming the order.

8.1. All content on the presslee website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of presslee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
8.2. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
