Returns Policy

 Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival

 


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive damaged or faulty items. If this happens, we’ll do our best to make things right.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 3 working days of delivery by emailing nail@presslee.co.uk.

As long as the items are unused and have been stored properly, we’ll happily repair or replace them for you.

 


 

Non-Delivered or Incorrect Items

If your order hasn’t arrived or the items you received are incorrect, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Check the Delivery Note included in your package to confirm the items shipped. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery at nail@presslee.co.uk with your order number.

To ensure a smooth resolution:

· Keep the item(s) unused and in their original packaging.

· Make sure the parcel is securely sealed for return.

· Return the item(s) within 30 working days of delivery, keeping proof of postage.

If your order has not been delivered or includes defective items, please notify us within 14 working days of the delivery date. If your return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt, and our Customer Services Team will notify you by email.

 


 

How to Return?

To start a return, please email us at: nail@presslee.co.uk with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on what to do next. Please do not send back your item(s) without receiving this authorization.

Returns are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us. presslee cannot be held responsible for items without proof of postage. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail registered delivery or another reliable ‘signed-for’ service. Please ensure all items are safely stored and securely repackaged.

Once we’ve received your return in good condition and following the procedure, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. Please note, this may take longer during peak periods.

We are unable to accept returns for items that appear used or damaged upon inspection. If this happens, we’ll contact you to let you know your return cannot be processed, and you’ll need to arrange for the items to be sent back to you within 14 days.
